About Coastal Jewelry
From the moment I found the charming beach town of Beaufort, NC, I fell in love with the relaxed lifestyle, friendly people, and most of all with the beauty of the North Carolina coastline.
Coastal Jewelry is a celebration of that beauty, drawing inspiration from the golden sands, sparkling waves, glorious sunrises and sunsets, pine forests and windswept wetlands.
Using natural materials including semi-precious stones, quartzes, pearls, shells and crystals, each piece of jewelry is individually made by hand, with premium quality hypoallergenic Aluminum, 14K Gold-Filled Wire and Stainless Steel.

About Kittie
Born and raised on the North-West coast of England (the coastal weather was NOT the same as Beaufort!)
Trained as a Fashion Designer, married my childhood sweetheart and had 45 wonderful years together
Raised 2 children who turned out surprisingly well
Had a really enjoyable career as an Interior Designer in New York
Loves living in Beaufort, NC, and all the friends I have made here
Has a little disabled rescue doggy called Amy, aka Miss Naughty Pants
Am fluent in Dutch, one of the world's least useful languages
Is rubbish at Math and cooking
Cannot be trusted to have a family-size bag of Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream Potato Chips in the house

Coastal Jewelry is proudly made in Beaufort, North Carolina, and preserving our rich history, coastal environment and charming little town is important to all of us who are lucky enough to call it home.
